Acceptable Use Policy

Use the services for lawful, authorized work. This policy applies to inputs, prompts, links, uploads, generated output, automated actions, and attempts to use or probe the services.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the services to create, upload, facilitate, or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation, or content that endangers a child.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, extortion, stalking, doxxing, or targeted harassment.
• Deceptive impersonation, fabricated endorsements, identity fraud, or realistic media intended to mislead people about a material fact.
• Threats, instructions to commit violent wrongdoing, terrorism support, or content that promotes hatred or violence against protected groups.
• Malware, credential theft, phishing, unauthorized surveillance, security exploitation, spam, or attempts to bypass limits or access controls.
• Content or conduct that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.
• Illegal goods, regulated transactions without required authorization, or instructions that materially facilitate unlawful conduct.
• High-impact automated decisions in employment, housing, lending, insurance, legal services, education admissions, or healthcare without qualified human review and required safeguards.

2. Advertising and affiliate content

You are responsible for truthful claims, substantiation, required sponsorship or affiliate disclosures, rights clearances, and compliance with advertising law and destination-platform rules. Do not fabricate testimonials, performance results, medical claims, or product capabilities.

3. People, voices, brands, and copyrighted material

Obtain permission before using a person’s name, image, likeness, or voice, or a third party’s logos, characters, music, footage, trademarks, or copyrighted work. Clearly disclose synthetic or materially altered media when law, platform rules, or context requires it.

4. System integrity

Do not scrape the services, overload endpoints, automate abusive account creation, resell access, share credentials, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, interfere with other users, or circumvent billing, credits, generation pauses, safety filters, rate limits, or technical restrictions.

5. Enforcement

We may reject or stop processing, limit features, remove content, preserve relevant records, suspend or terminate accounts, reverse improperly obtained credits, and report conduct when reasonably necessary.
